Butter wouldn't melt. She's defo innocent, however the law seems to think she had a bit too too much to drink then took to the road. Officially, Lindsay Lohan was arrested on charges of drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance. But look at that face..

Lohan was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, possession of cocaine, bringing a controlled substance into a jail facility, and driving on a suspended license.
Sentence?
The actress left Santa Monica jail after posting $25,000 bail. She's scheduled to be back in the Beverly Hills Courthouse on August 24 to face charges stemming from the May 25 incident in which she lost control of her 2005 Mercedes Benz convertible and struck a curb. She received treatment for minor injuries at Century City Doctors hospital, where police cited and arrested her. She was later released with only misdemeanor charges.
