Who is he? Dennis Rodman - NBA player made famous by his antics off the court. Rodman was an integral part of the Chicago Bulls dynasty and often led the NBA in rebounds. Since leaving the Bulls, Rodman married model Carmen Electra, before getting a divorce soon after.
What did he do? Alledgedly, while driving in Costa Mesa, officers noticed that his passenger was not wearing a seatbelt. After pulling the car over, the officers alledgedly through Rodman was over the limit. He reportably told officers that he had had "a couple of beers, that's all."
