Charged? Yep, unknown exactly what the charges were. It was a drug-related arrest on weapons possession charges
Sentence? Crosby was put into the Texas State Penitentiary for a one year until his conviction was overturned on appeal.
Crosby underwent detoxification, and actually thanks the Texas prison system for his recovery.
