What did he do? Alledgedly, he assaulted a WCW co-worker. This co-worker is not a wrestler, however, and Bagwell alledgedly punched the co-worker leaving a fist mark in the side of the man's neck.

Charged? Possibly charged with assault, however this is unknown. He was arrested, however Bagwell posted $100 bail and was released from the Sangamon County Jail.
