What did he do? Alledgedly, while performing at St. Louis Riverport's Performing Arts Center Rose incited a riot. However, their contract stated they were exempted them from any responsibility for damages if alcohol was sold at the venue, which it was.
When? 17 July 1992
Charged? Yep, he was charged and then convicted on one count of property damage and four counts of misdemeanor assault (inciting riot). They could have thrown in a charge for his hair-don't also. (It ain't a hair-do)
Sentence? Rose was fined $50,000 and put on probation for two years by Judge Ellis Gregory.
