Alledgedly exposed himself on stage during one of the band's concerts in Charlotte, North Carolina. Although, he could well have been arrested for a seriously shit goatee.

Charged?
Yep, he was charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure (possibly of goatee)

Sentence?
Overnight stay in one of Charlotte's premier 5 star institutions. Next day the band continued on their North American tour.
